DON'T get me started on Dim Sum. I could literally pack my life right back up into a suitcase and fly to Shanghai to devour these little babies again. Insane flavour using my new Korean BBQ Sauce!
Directions
1Place Che Gourmet Korean BBQ Sauce, Oil, Ginger, Five Spice, Corn Starch in a bowl. Add the finely chopped chicken and spring onions and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
2Take Won Ton wrapper and lightly rub all 4 corners with some water. Don’t use too much or the wrapper will turn to mush.
3Place 1 Tablespoon of filling into the middle of the wrapper and twist the top to seal, making the shape of a money bag.
4Deep fry until golden brown and serve with dipping sauce.

80ml Che Gourmet Korean BBQ Sauce
15ml Vegetable Oil
5ml grated ginger
2ml Chinese 5 Spice powder
15ml Corn Starch
500g Chicken Breasts, Cut into very small pieces (or Shitake Mushrooms)
