It is 100% naturally fermented and therefore contains zero refined sugar or vinegar and is teeming with billions of Gut Friendly Bacteria & Probiotics per tablespoon.
It has typical Asian flavours of Ginger, Garlic & Chillis which amplify the flavour of this product & bring you a condiment that is not only delicious but essential to the maintenance of good gut health. Our Kimchi is also 100% vegan which is the more ancient traditional version from the Buddhist monks who are still a huge part of Korean culture today. Non-Vegan Kimchi can be made on request only.
