In a few months time it signals almost 3 years since I have been home and 3 years since I started making Kimchi here in Johannesburg. Having being taught the tricks of the Kimchi trade back when I lived in Korea I cannot believe that I have gone from a simple 1kg of Kimchi to a full on production of almost 120kgs of Kimchi a month. I must clearly love the stuff?? And what better! I have started taking my epically delish Kimchi and have started experimenting and turning it into other incredible variations (keep your eyes peeled for these)!  We will hopefully be launching our new range to all of you awesome peeps around about mid August once all the testing and tasting has been complete. We CANT WAIT! YAY!

All the Kimchi Love
